SFC SCANNOW Command Scans integrity of all protected system files in the computer and replaces incorrect versions of correct Microsoft versions.

/VERIFY FILE Verifies the integrity of the file with full path <file>. No repair operation is performed.
/OFFBOOTDIR for offline repairs specify the location of the boot directory.
/OFFWINDIR for offline repairs specify the location of the windows directory
